Ingredients
- 1/3 pound imitation crab, flaked
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 each egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
2. Combine crab meat, mustard, egg white, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Add 2 to 4 tablespoons bread crumbs to bind. Place on cookie
sheet and bake until browned.
