Ingredients

  • 6 ounces crab meat in a can
  • 1/4 cup frozen chopped onions and peppers
  • 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. Defrost onions and peppers. Drain Crabmeat.

2. Mix crabmeat, breadcrumbs, onions and peppers, egg, horseradish. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Heat frying pan and spray lightly with Pam. Form 4 patties and cook until golden brown.
