Ingredients
- Dressing:
- fresh ginger-root to taste
- 1/3 c rice vinegar
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salad Ingredients:
- 8 oz bow-tie pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 6 oz baby spinach
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 c cooked chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing. Cook pasta and rinse until cool. Place all ingredients in a sealable bowl and add dressing. Shake to mix. Serve.
