Ingredients
- soup:
- 2 cans great northern beans
- (1/4 c olive oil)
- (1 T minced garlic)
- (8 c water)
- (2 T vegetable broth paste)
- 2 cans diced Italian style tomatoes
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
- Remaining macaroni from Meal 6
- (Salt & pepper to taste)
- Pita Chips:
- 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- (1/3 c Olive oil)
- (Italian seasonings)
- (Minced garlic)
- (3 T butter)
- (Salt)
- Pkg of pita bread, split

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except the pasta, into a lg stockpot. Bring to boil and simmer for apx 15 min. Add macaroni and let cook until soft. Top w/ Parmesan cheese.
Meanwhile blend in a blender, the first 6 ingredients. Spread on each pita round and place pitas under a broiler. Toast until golden brown. (Use up the rest of the mixture by adding to soup.)
