Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound corkscrew pasta
- 2 bags frozen shelled edamame
- 1 (each) finely diced green and yellow pepper
- 1/2 sweet onion finely diced
- 2-2 1/2 cups reduced fat mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon each of salt and sugar
- 1/2 cup choppe chives

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain. Cook edamame to al dente, about 5 minutes.
2. Mix together celery,peppers,onion, mayonaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and chivesin a large bowl. Add the drained pasta and edamame; toss well to mix. adjust seasoning to taste
