Ingredients

  • 3/4

    c. Cider vinegar

  • 3/4

    c vegetable oil

  • 3/4

    c sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp Accent

  • 1/2

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2

    T parsley flakes

  • 1

    T minced onion

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 1/2

    pd of corkscrew pasta

Directions

Cook corkscrew pasta according to package instructions, but make sure you don't overlook it, you want the pasta to be firm. Mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl. Add hot cooked pasta to the mixed ingredients. Let it sit overnight and you can add any kind of fresh vegetable you may wish: Sliced red onion, baby green peas, sliced cucumber , tomatoes, green peppers etc. Will keep 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator .
