Venison Crok Pot Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground or shredded deer.
  • 1 lb hot italian sausage deer or what
  • ever
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced or chopped
  • small
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil
  • 3 jalapeño peppers chopped fine
  • 2 table spoons of cayanne pepper
  • 2 table spoons of chili powder
  • 1 can of green chilis medium hot
  • 1 can of delmonte diced tomatoes with
  • jalapeños
  • 1 can of diced plain tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tomatoe sauce
  • 1 can of bush 's chili beans and sauce
  • 1 can of kidney beans washed

Preparation

Step 1

cook deer and sausage in a pan with olive oil till brown

put in garlic and onion and jalopneno peppers and cook for 5 mins til tender

then season with fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste

put cans of tomatoes and beans and chili's in crock pot

drain off fat and fold in all the meat and peppers into crock pot

mix in chili powder and cayanne pepper cover and cook on low for the whole day

After it has cooked, for best results, refridgerate for 24 hours, heat it back up and enjoy!

I like to serve it in a warm/toasted bread bowl with shredded cheese and diced onion on top!
