Step 1

Place the flour,salt,and eggs in the bowl of a food procesor.Process until the mixture resembles the texture of cornmeal.With the motor running,add just enough water to make the dough come together in a big ball.Remove the dough fromvthe processor into a bowl,add a dash of flour,and knead for 1-2 min.Flatten the dough into a disc shape,wrap it in plastic wrap,and let chill up to 1 hour in the fridge.
