Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon bottled seasoned stir-fry oil
- 12 ounces turkey tenders, cut crosswise in
- thin slices
- 1/3 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen-pepper stir-fry
- (yellow peppers, green peppers, red peppers, onions)
- 2 medium-size onions, cut in thin strips (2'/2 cups)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat stir-fry oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes until barely pink at center. Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Stir in stir-fry sauce.
2. Put frozen peppers and onions in skillet. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
3. Add turkey mixture. Cook 1 minute or until turkey is no longer pink at center.
