    pork chops

  • 1

    sliced onion, celery, mushrooms, green pepper, garlic cloves as desired

  • 1/2

    c. ketchup

  • 1/2

    c. brown sugar

  • 1

    T. vinegar

  • 1

    c. water

  • 1

    T. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    t. prepared mustard

Directions

Brown pork chops, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Put in a casserole. Prepare sauce as follows: Brown onion and other veggies in a little oil. Add other ingredients. Pour sauce over the pork chops. Bake in covered casserole 75 minutes at 325 degrees F.
