Sweet and Sour Beef Balls

Ingredients

• Meatballs
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• black pepper
• ______________________________________
• Sauce
• 3/4 cup catsup
• 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons wostershire sauce
• 3 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 medium onion chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix meat mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for approx 10 minutes. Prepare Sauce with ingredients listed. Add partially cooked meatballs to sauce and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
