Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless lamb or left over lamb cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 med. sliced onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 1/8 teasp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teasp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup beef boullion
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice

Preparation

Step 1

Coat lamb with flour and fry in salad oil until well browned

Stir into dripppings, onion, garlic,curry powder.

Add remaining ing.

Cover and cook for 1 hour then stir in tomato juice
