Mushrooms stuffed w/ Brie

Ingredients
- 1 pkg White Button Mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 4-5 green onion, sliced
- 1 wedge of Brie
- 2 Tbs butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add mushroom caps and toss to coast. Sprinkle with salt and cook 1 minute. Remove mushrooms from pan and place upside down in a baking dish.
In same saucepan add garlic, parsley and green onions. Sprinkle with salt and splash of wine. Stir till wine evaporates. Remove from heat.
Cut rind of brie, then cut into pieces to fit each mushroom cap. Place brie in mushrooms and top with garlic mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or until brie is melted.
