Ingredients

• 1 28 oz can chunky tomatoes
• 1 red onion
• garlic clove
• olive oil
• 1 lb ground round
• 3 sweet Italian sausages cut into chunks
• 1 bunch parsley
• Basil, salt and pepper
• 1 lb ziti
• Ricotta and grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Put tomatoes in pot and simmer
Chop onion and saute in olive oil, mince galic and add to onion, and add to tomatoes
Brown meat and sausage and add to tomatoes
cut up parsley and basil and add to tomatoes and add salt and pepper to taste
let tomatoes simmer for several hours
Cook pasta
put sauce on pasta and add cheeses and top with fresh basil
