Cream Cheese Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix, any flavor
• 8 ounce cream cheese, room temp.
• 1/4 cup butter (I use salt free), room temp.
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla, optional
• 1 (12-ounce) bag of semisweet cho chips or your choice of add-ins such as flavored chips, candy, nuts, etc (I used chips & nuts)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cream together butter & cream cheese. Add egg & vanilla & mix until well blended. Use an electric blender if desired.
Stir in cake mix a little at a time until well blended, then add any chips, candy or nuts.
Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are brown, and enjoy.
