Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- minced garlic
- 1 can italian diced tomatoes
- 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 26 oz container beef stock
- 1 25 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 cup pasta of choice

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, onio, carrots, celery and garlic. Add all other ingredients, stir and bring to a boil. Add pasta, reduce heat and simmer til pasta is done. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving if you like.
