Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked as directed on package. Rinse well
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 large ripe tomato, chopped and liquid included
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 10 ounces mayonnaise or salad dressing (combination tastes better)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, toss to coat, refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. Stir before serving, garnish with parsley sprig and paprika.
