Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked as directed on package. Rinse well
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 large ripe tomato, chopped and liquid included
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 10 ounces mayonnaise or salad dressing (combination tastes better)
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, toss to coat, refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. Stir before serving, garnish with parsley sprig and paprika.
