Ingredients

  • Crepes:
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. cooking oil
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Filling:
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/4 C. chopped onion
  • 1/2 C. Velveeta cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, milk and oil. Add flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into greased 6-inch skillet, then tilt to coat bottom. Cook on one side only; invert on paper towel. Brown sausage and onion; drain any grease. Mix in remaining filling ingredients, stirring over low heat until cheeses are melted. Place 2 tablespoons filling down center of each crepe; roll up. Place crepes in baking dish. Cover; chill for at least 2 hours. Bake covered at 375 for 40 minutes. Mix sauce, spoon over crepes. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
