Ingredients
- 3/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- Caper Remoulade (recipe follows)
- Buns
- 4 slices aged cheddar (farmhouse preferred)
- 4 tomato slices
- English cucumber, thinly sliced
- Caper Remoulade
- 4 cornichons, coarsely chopped
- 3 T parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 t drained capers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 T whole grain mustard.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all Remoulade ingredients
Mix beef & lamb with salt & pepper. Cook on grill until juices run clear. Put on buns with cheddar, tomato, cucumber slices & Remoulade.
