Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Caper Remoulade (recipe follows)
  • Buns
  • 4 slices aged cheddar (farmhouse preferred)
  • 4 tomato slices
  • English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Caper Remoulade
  • 4 cornichons, coarsely chopped
  • 3 T parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 t drained capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 T whole grain mustard.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all Remoulade ingredients

Mix beef & lamb with salt & pepper. Cook on grill until juices run clear. Put on buns with cheddar, tomato, cucumber slices & Remoulade.
