Ingredients

  • 1 package Italian bread shell - (10 or 16 oz) (such as Boboli)
  • 8 ounces fresh white mushrooms sliced, divided
  • 1 cup shredded fontina or mozzarella cheese - (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes drained, chopped
  • 1/8 cup sweet onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Asiago Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

On a 12-inch pizza pan place bread shell. Arrange half of the mushroom in a single layer; sprinkle with Fontina. Top with green pepper, tomatoes, onion and remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake until hot and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
