Ingredients
- 1 Package (2.4 oz) KNORR Leek Soup and Recipe Mix
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 package (6 oz) frozen crabmeat thawed and drained
- 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped or 1 package (8 1/2 oz) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
- 1 Cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, stir together soup mix, sour cream, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
Stir in crab meat, artichokes, cheese and dill. Cover refrigerator 2 hours.
Serve with Carr's Crackers.
