Ingredients
- 6 large fresh mushrooms
- 6 tbsp. mild Italian Sausage
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. champagne (may use white wine)
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms. Clean out caps, then stuff with sausage. Place in baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour champagne and butter over mushrooms. Bake at 450° for 4-5 minutes.
Serve with cooking liquid for dipping. Makes 2 servings.
