Ingredients
- 3/4 cup red pepper; chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion; chopped
- 4 teaspoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup israeli couscous
- 1-1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro; chopped
- 1 jalapeno peppers; seeded and finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Saute bell pepper and onion in oil three minutes. Add couscous, water, salt
and black pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and
simmer eight minutes. Stir in juice, cilantro, and jalapeno.
