Betsy's Grilled Marinated Pork Chops

These are out of "Georgia on My Min" cookbook. It is the only recipe I use to grill pork chops. They are tasty, tender and most importantly - MOIST!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 thick cut pork chops

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for besting. Pour remaining marinade over pork chops and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Grill over medium coals basting with reserved marinade until no longer pink, basting with remaining marinade several times.
