Ingredients
- 12 Tbsp Pillsbury Best Shake and Blend Flour
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 6 cups milk
- 1 lb sausage
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In one pan, brown sausage and drain grease.
In second pan, use a wire whisk, stir flour into cold milk. Continue stirring milk and flour mixture over med/high heat. Lower heat to Med (do not let come to a boil). Mixture will thicken over heat. Add sausage to flour and milk mixture and continue to stir. Remove from heat after mixture thickens.
