Crockpot Pork Shoulder


Boston Butt or Pork Shoulder (in slow cooker)

  • 3 TBL Joe's Stuff
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp worchester sauce
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • Healthy portion of Texas Pete
  • Healthy portion of liquid mustard



Step 1

Place pork in crock pot, mix all ingredients together, stir, pour on top of pork in crock pot, cook on high for 6 to 8 hours, may need to turn down to low toward the end. Check for doneness by taking two forks and pulling pork apart. Place cooked shoulder on cookie sheet, separate by using 2 forks, add choice of bbq sauce once it is on the serving plate.
