- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cups parsley leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 6 small sage leaves
- 1 halved garlic close
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)

Step 1
In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook 1 lb pasta. Drain, reserve some of the cooking liquid. Puree walnuts, parsley leaves, sage, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil in food processor until smooth. Toss with pasta, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup cooking liquid to moisten. Top with more Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley
