Instead of pickles or olives, how about some tangy marinated mushrooms?

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 3 T salt
- pinch of red pepper
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1/4 t white pepper
- sprinkle of oregano
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 t onions, minced
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 2-3 oz. red-wine vinegar
- 4 oz. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well. Place in a large jar or covered bowl.
Refrigerate and let mushrooms bask in this marinade for three days before serving.
