Balsamic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1 Sm. Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 C. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1/8 tsp. Dried Rosemary, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable bag, combine the flour, pepper & salt. Add chicken, one piece at a time, & shake to coat. In a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in oil over med heat for 4-5 min. on each side or till juices run clear. Remove & keep warm. In the same pan, cook onion till tender. Add water, stirring to loosen browned bits. Add the vinegar, thyme & rosemary; cook & stir for 3-4 min. or till sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with chicken.
