    bottle BBQ sauce

    teas. brown sugar

    tab. lemon juice

    med. onion, chopped

Directions

PLACE: roast (cut to size) in cooker. COVER/COOK on L/H. REMOVE FROM COOKER: shred with 2 forks. RETURN to cooker ADD: BBQ sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar & onion. COVER/COOK on low for 2 hrs. (HIGH for 1 hr.) MIX well. Serve on buns/hard rolls.
