Sesame Seared Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3/4 lb wild salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and saute 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix honey, ginger and soy sauce together. Set aside.
Turn salmon and saute 3 minutes for a 1-inch thick piece of salmon. Remove skillet from heat, spoon sauce over salmon and let warm in skillet for about 30 seconds. Remove to individual dishes and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
