  • 2 TBSP Olice oil, oil in pan
  • Add green onion 2-3 chopped
  • Garlic 5 cloves crushed
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp fine cut
  • Anchovy fillets 1/3 cup ( whole small can), cut fine
  • Capers 1/4 cup
  • 1/3 cup Basil or 1 tsp ground ( 1/3 cup fine chopped fresh)
  • Tomatoe Sause, 1 large Can
  • 3 cups cooked pasta.

Preparation

Step 1

Add to sauce and simmer for 1 minutes ( 3 cups for 4 servings)

½ of quantity using 1 small can tomato sauce. Works for 2
