Quick 'n' Tangy Beef Stir-Fry

  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup French's Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Stir-Fry:
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
  • 3 cups sliced bell peppers


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 10mins


Step 1

1. Combine ingredients for sauce. Marinate beef in 1/4 cup sauce 5 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches 5 minutes or until browned.

2. Add peppers; cook 2 minutes. Add remaining sauce; stir-fry until sauce thickens. Serve over hot cooked rice or ramen noodles, if desired.
