- 1 pkg (12-16 oz) Pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 Tbsp, melted
- 2 cups (16 oz) cottage cheese
- 4 cups (16 oz) Mozzarella cheese

Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions,
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.
3. Stir spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt into meat and onion mixture; set aside.
4. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter until well mixed.
5. Drain pasta, add to egg mixture and toss to coat.
6. Place half the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
7. Top with half the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.
8. Repeat layers.
9. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
10.Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
