Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb whole small mushrooms
  • 2 c water
  • 1 c olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 t wine vinegar
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 t rosemary
  • 1/2 t sage
  • 1 branch fennel
  • 1/2 t thyme
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 3/4 t coriander
  • 8 peppercorns
  • 3/4 t salt
  • green onion
  • white pepper
  • parsley/oregano
  • dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.

Pour into bowl, marninate in refrigerator, at least overnight.
