- 1/4 tsp NUTMEG

- PINT SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 CUP MINCED PARSLEY
- 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION

Step 1
SLICE MUSHROOMS THICKLY. CREAM BUTTER,FLOUR, SALT, MUSTARD, NUTMEG, PEPPER, SOUR CREAM,PARSLEY AND ONION. LAYER MUSHROOMS AND CREAM SAUCE IN 2 1/2 QT BUTTERED CASSEROLE.
BAKE UNCOVERED AT 326 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR. STIR ONCE OR TWICE.
