- Penne pasta
- 1 – 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- 4 – 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 5 – 6 slices of cooked ham, cut into strips
- Cheese, grated
Cook the pasta and drain. Put the pasta, ham, eggs, and tomatoes in a 9 x 13 inch casserole and stir. Sprinkle with cheese. Put the oven to melt the cheese and warm the ham.
