Slow-Cooked Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 cans (14.5oz.) stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 can (160z.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tblsp. chili power
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pint of sliced mushrooms
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet brown turkey chop meat. Add to crockpot. Add remaining nine ingredients end with mushrooms on top.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
