Ingredients
- 6-8 chops
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 4 T. minced onion
- 4 T. prepared mustard
- 4 T. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Season chops with salt and pepper and brown. Place chops in a 13 X 9 pan. Add water, ketchup, onion, mustard and sauce to fat from skillet and blend. Pour over chops. Bake covered for 50 minutes at 350. Then uncovered for 10 minutes
