Four Day Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- Add to cake mix:
- 2 cup sour cream
- 2 cup sugar
- 16 oz. frozen coconut
- 1 - 2 T. coconut milk
- Mix these ingredients and store in refriderator overnight.
- Duncan Hines Moist Golden Cake Mix
- White or Yellow
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 T. crisco
- 1 T. coconut milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup self rising flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and bake in 3 or 4 round pans; greased and floured.
Use Icing that is in frid. Add more coconut on top and sides of cake if desired.
