Four Day Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• Add to cake mix:
• 2 cup sour cream
• 2 cup sugar
• 16 oz. frozen coconut
• 1 - 2 T. coconut milk
• Mix these ingredients and store in refriderator overnight.
• Duncan Hines Moist Golden Cake Mix
• White or Yellow
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 T. crisco
• 1 T. coconut milk
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup self rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and bake in 3 or 4 round pans; greased and floured.

Use Icing that is in frid. Add more coconut on top and sides of cake if desired.
