Sausage Balls

Mix all ingredients well. Make balls Cook at 350 for 10-15 minutes
- 1 pound of hot sausage
- Ground red pepper to taste

Broccoli Cassarole

Cook broccoli & drain well
- 1 package chopped frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup cheese cracker crumbs
Mexican Corn Dip

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate
- 2 cans of Mexican corn - Drained
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of hot peppers - chopped
Fire & Ice Tomatoes

Slice onion, bell pepper & tomatoes and put in large pyrex dish
- 3/4 cups cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 6 tomatoes
Mema's Potato Salad

Peel & dice potatoes. Drain well
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion
- stalk of celery
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons salad pickles
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Paprika for color
- 4 potatoes

- 1 pkg of chopped spinach - thawed
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 medium onion - minced
- 1 cup f water chestnuts chopped
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 pkg of Knorr's vegetable soup mix
Peach Cobbler
