Chicken Spaghetti

Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 5 cups cooked chicken
- 4 oz jar chopped pimento
- 1/2 cup bell pepper - chopped
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- Pepper & Salt to taste
- 1 onion - grated
- 8 oz package of spaghetti broken in to 2" pieces
- 1 pound cheddar cheese - grated
Zucchini Bread

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl - EXCEPT PECANS
- 3 eggs
- 1 cups salad oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Hot Percolator Punch

Place cloves, cinnamon sticks and salt in percolator basket
- 9 cups unsweetened Pineapple juice
- 9 cups Cranberry Juice Cocktail
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
- 4 cinnamon sticks - broken
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Curried Chicken with Broccoli

Steam broccoli until barely tender
- 6 chicken breasts - skinned & boned
- 3 packages broccoli tops
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- Juice from this lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese - grated
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farms toasted bread crumbs
- 1/2 cups parsley - chopped
Homemade Ice Cream

- 1 can of Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
Pasta with Gorgonzola and White Corn Sauce

DO NOT ALLOW THIS SAUCE TO BOIL AFTER CHEESE IS ADDED OR WHEN REHEATED OR IT WILL BECMOE BITTER
- 6 tablespoons minced red onions
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 / teaspoon salt
- 1-1/4 cup evaporated, skim milk
- 6 oz Sweet Gorgonzola, crumbled
- Several dashes of Tabasco
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1-1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 12 large basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- 3 ears white corn. Kernels cut from cob & scraped-
- 1-1/2 About 1-1/2 - 1-3/4 cups
- 8 thicks slices bacon, fried crisp & chopped

- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 6 green onions - chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs - chopped
- 3/4 cup pimento stuffed olives - sliced
- 1/2 cup celery - chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 8 oz cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/4 cup mayo
- Lettuce eaves - optional
- Cherry Tomatoes - Optional
