- 15 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
- Whole Milk
- 5 bananas
- Vanilla Wafers
- 1 large container of whipped topping

- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream - softened
- 3 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 Graham Cracker Ready Crust
- Yellow Food Coloring - optional

- 1 cup Ricotta
- 1 pound spinach - chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1/2 pound fresh crab meat
- 4 oz cheddar cheese - grated
- 2 hard boiled eggs - finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 14 teaspoon salt

- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion - grated
- 1 tablespoon parsley - minced
- 2 slices of white sandwich bread

- 1 medium eggplant
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons green pepper - chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cream style corn (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheese - shredded
Fettuccine with Creamy Tomato & Sausage Sauce

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 shallots - chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves - chopped
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 14.5 cans diced tomatoes in juice with Italian seasonings
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed red pepper
- 3/4 pound fettuccine
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
Copper Carrot Pennies

Slice carrots and boil in salted water until fork tender
- 2 pounds carrots cut in rounds
- 1/2 cup salad oil - Not Wesson
- 3/4 up vinegar
- 1 small bell pepper
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 20 oz can pineapple chunks
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup cheese - shredded
Hot Pepper Jelly

Wear gloves when seeding hot peppers
- 6 - 8 hot peppers - Remove seeds
- 3/4 cups bell pepper - Red & green for color
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Apple Cider
- 1 bottle Certo
