Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 hot peppers - Remove seeds
  • 3/4 cups bell pepper - Red & green for color
  • 6 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Apple Cider
  • 1 bottle Certo

Preparation

Step 1

Wear gloves when seeding hot peppers.

Grind peppers with vinegar in blender. Blend until chunky.

Mix with sugar and boil for 2 minutes in a 6 quart pot. Stir constantly.

Cool or 10 minutes, continuing to stir constantly

Add Certo and cool for 10 minutes, continuing to stir.

Pour into jars and seal.
