  • 6 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Onions
  • 3/4 Cup Celery
  • 1/2 Cup Radish's
  • 2 or 3 Green Onions
  • 2 Cups Mayonnaise (I like Kraft)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (approx) depends on mayo
  • 1 Tbsp (heaping) pickle relish (if desired)
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Mrs Dash
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 3/4 Cup granulated white sugar

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 pint of cottage cheese
  • Pour into a 9x13 glass pan.
  • add the 1 Lbs of Jack cheese.
  • add any of the following you want;
  • Diced green chiles
  • Diced Ham
  • cooked bacon
  • Use all low fat cheeses and egg beaters if you want low cal.
