Gooey Prune Cake with Buttermilk Icing

Place the prunes in a small saucepan and cover them with water
- 1 cup prunes
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Icing
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Elegant Pork Marsala

In a shallow bowl, mix flour and pepper
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)

- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 turkey bacon strips, chopped

Mango & Raspberry Semifreddo

1. Oil a 5 cup loaf pan and line with a smooth layer of plastic wrap

Spinach Dip Chicken

Spicy Beef Stew

Put beef in crockpot. Layer onions on top of meat and carrots on top of onions
- 2 lb stew meat
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 lb carrots, sliced lengthwise
