Brown beef with onions and bacon
- 1 pound ground round
- 1 round onion
- 1/4 pound bacon, diced
- 1 large can kidney beans, drained
- 2 tsp. red wine
- 1 tsp. powdered chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- Pinch paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- Pinch cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. MSG
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 large can tomato sauce
Juicy Lucy Stuffed Burgers

Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat (400–450°F/200–230°C)
- 4 4 4 slices American cheese
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 85% lbs (700 g) 85% lean ground beef
- 1 1 1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic salt

Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops

Marinate the pork chops in the mixture of the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes to overnight
- 4 (6 ounce) pork chops
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari or omit for gluten-free)
- 1 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
CHINESE BROCCOLI AND BEEF

In a bowl, mix together marinade ingredients, add sliced beef and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes
