Rhubarb Custard Pie

Preheat oven to 400 F. Roll out pastry for bottom crust, and place in a pie dish
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups diced rhubarb

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt
- 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup each milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips and vanilla or white chips

Starbuck's Outrageous Oatmeal Cookie

1 Preheat oven to 350F. 2 Blend oats, flour raisins, cranberries, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats (not quick cooking)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup dark raisin
- 1/4 cup golden raisin
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons dark raisins, for topping
- 4 tablespoons golden raisins, for topping
Grilled Beef Tenderloins

In large resealable plastic bag, combine first seven ingredients
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ancho chili pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 beef tenderloin steaks (6 ounces each)
Frozen Cranberry-Pineapple Salad

- 10 OZ COOL WHIP
- 20 OZ CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
- 1/2 C LEMON JUICE
- 1 C CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 CAN SWEET CONDENSED MILK
- 1 CAN WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE
Chicken Continental Rice Seasoning Mix (GOOD)

Combine all ingredients and make individual seasoning mix packet (packet makes 1/4 cup)
- 2 Tbsp instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley leaves, crushed
- 2 tsp minced dried onions
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves

- 1/8 tsp white pepper

Miso Pork Pot Roast

Rub grated garlic all over pork butt then cover with flour
- Pork Roast:
- 4 lbs. pork butt
- Head of fresh Garlic, grated (not minced or chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Sauce:
- 2/3 cups shoyu
- 1/2 cup miso
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
Taco 'Tatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and pierced with a fork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Tropical Maui Kebabs

On each skewer, alternately thread chunks of ham, bell peppers, and pineapple
- 8 wooden or metal skewers (Soak wooden skewers 15 to 20 minutes before threading.)
- 2 (1-inch thick) ham slices, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch squares
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
