1. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until blended; gradually beat in confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter

- 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon shortening, divided
- 1/3 cup vanilla or white chips

No-Knead Stecca

- 3 cups bread flour (400 grams)
- ½ teaspoon table salt (3 grams)
- ¾ teaspoon sugar (3 grams)
- ¼ teaspoon instant or other active dry yeast (1 gram)
- 1 ½ cups cool (55 to 65 degree) water (350 grams)
- Additional flour for dusting
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (about 60 grams)
- ¾ teaspoon coarse sea salt (3 grams)

- 6 1/2 tblsp sugar syrup
- Vanila - add seeds of 1 vanilla bean
- Lemon - add zest of 2 lemons

1. Preheat the oven to 375
- 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese (3 cups)
- 4 oz shredded monterey jack cheese (1 cup)
- 3 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 (15.5oz) cans red kidney beans, rinsed
- salt and pepper
- 1 (8oz) jar taco sauce
- 1 (4.5oz) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (3.5oz) pkg cooked chorizo sausage, thinly sliced

I'm thinking a good scoop of Flax Meal could be used in these as well
- 1 1/3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 cup salted cashew pieces, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried prunes, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup grade B Maple syrup

Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread Machine Bread

Follow your bread machine’s directions for making a whole-wheat raisin loaf
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water (I heat it in glass measuring cup in microwave for 1 minute)
- 1/2 cup oil (I used coconut oil)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup raisins
