- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar or smoky flavor Cheddar cheese

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp diastatic malt powder

Thanksgiving in your Mouth

Blend until smooth
- 4 cups spinach, fresh
- 4 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cup sweet potato*
- 4 cups mango, frozen
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, then chill in refrigerator
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 cups small-cubed ham
- 1 1/4 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
HIDDEN TREASURE COOKIES (EGG-LESS AND MILK-LESS)

In medium bowl mix cocoa, sugar and oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 egg replacers (recipe follows)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- mini marshmallows (or big ones cut into 4 pieces)
- EGG REPLACER
- 1 egg = 2 TBSP water + 1 TBSP oil + 2 tsp baking powder
- Make sure you mix these together and then add to the recipe (don't just throw them all into the mix, they must be mixed together first).

Italian Bread Sticks

1. In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
- 4 cups flour (2 to 2 1/4)
- 4 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil
- 2 egg yolk
- 2 egg white
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
EASY SOURDOUGH BAGELS

Mix starter, water, oil, flour, and salt together and then let rest for 10 minutes
- 2 c. sourdough starter
- 1-1/4 c. water (if your starter is thick, use 1/4 c. more)
- 1 Tb. oil
- 5-1/2 -6 c. bread flour (I use 1/2 whole wheat & 1/2 all purpose and they're good)
- 1 Tb. salt
- optional ingredients for bagel dough: onion powder & dried flakes for onion bagels; cheese for cheese bagels, herbs, raisins & cinnamon, etc. - this is where you can get creative!
- 1 Tb. baking soda
- Optional glaze & toppings: milk or a glaze made of an egg + water (the egg glaze creates a shiny bagel) and toppings of choice like sesame or poppy seeds, dried onion flakes, cheese, etc.
Creamy French Dressing

Blend together thoroughly
- 3 TBS Vinegar
- 2 TBS Sugar
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- Dash Cayenne
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup salad or Olive Oil
Cheesy Chicken with Broccoli

1. Combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water and seasoned salt in slow cooker and mix well
- 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp white allpurpose flour
Seafood Chowder

Add first batch of ingredients to a stock pot half full of water
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 TBS pepper
- 1 TBS salt
- 6 cloves of garlic, pressed
- fresh lemon, squeezed
- 2 lg. onions, diced
- 3 lg. potatoes, diced
- 3-4 stalks of celery, diced
- 3 TBS butter
- 4 cups milk
- 1-1 1/2 cups Wondra (thickening) or flour or cornstarch
- 3 lbs clams (canned) undrained and chopped
- 2 lbs raw peeled shrimp
- 1 TBS bacon grease
- Crumbled bacon for garnish
